Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Skinly AI account and associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Skinly AI on your iPhone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is removed from our systems immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@skinlyai.appfrom the address linked to your Apple ID (or include enough information for us to locate your account). Use the subject line "Account deletion request."

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile and skin questionnaire answers
• Face, food, and product scan records and analysis results
• Uploaded photos in private storage buckets
• Chat sessions and messages
• Morning and evening routines, daily check-ins, and progress history
• Subscription and usage records tied to your user ID
• Your Supabase authentication account

Timeline

Account and database records are deleted when the deletion request completes successfully. Copies in encrypted backups or logs may take up to approximately 30 days to be fully purged from our infrastructure providers.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your Skinly account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or via Settings → Manage subscription in the app before deleting, if you no longer wish to be charged.
